Senior Business Development Manager – Hotel Technology Solutions
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid Options)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 basic + Double OTE + Benefits

They are now looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where you can genuinely make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business sales across the UK and wider EMEA markets.

Identify and win new hotel and hospitality clients, focusing on mid-sized to large groups.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.

Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (GMs, CFOs, CIOs, Revenue Managers).

Articulate the value proposition of complex hospitality technology solutions (PMS, POS, CRM).

Work closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to support the sales cycle and close deals.
Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in hospitality technology (PMS, POS, RMS, or SaaS solutions).

Strong network within the hotel and hospitality industry.

Consultative sales approach with the ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
