With a reputation for innovation, collaboration, and service excellence, they are now looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to take their integration and channel ecosystem to the next level.
The Role
As the Partnerships Manager, youβll drive commercial and product growth by identifying, securing, and managing high-value strategic partnerships. Youβll be responsible for building relationships with couriers, software platforms, marketplaces, and technology vendors, shaping the future of the companyβs partner ecosystem.
This is a proactive, strategic role suited to someone who has successfully launched and grown partnerships from scratch.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Identify, pitch, and negotiate new strategic partnerships that align with growth objectives.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, onboarding, integration, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to maximise partnership impact.
- Develop and execute a clear, measurable partnerships strategy.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, roundtables, and networking forums.
What Weβre Looking For

Proven experience in channel or partnership management, ideally within SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce tech.

Demonstrated success in establishing new partnerships and integrations from the ground up.

Strong commercial and strategic thinking β you know how to align partner value with business goals.

Solid understanding of eCommerce fulfilment, inventory management, and shipping ecosystems.
β
Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and negotiator.
