If you’ve sold into WMS/WES systems, worked with logistics integrators or 3PLs, and want to own go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven platform already proven in Europe, this is your opportunity to make a real mark.

This company’s award-winning platform brings offline voice interaction to logistics operations — enabling hands-free, voice-activated workflows inside warehouses and distribution centers.

Use cases include:

  • Voice-directed picking, inventory checks, and real-time queries

  • Integration with major WMS/WES systems and ERPs (e.g., SAP)

  • High-impact deployments across mid-market and enterprise logistics

They are now investing in U.S. expansion and are looking for a hunter-minded leader who can open doors, build pipeline, and close strategic deals.


💼 About the Role

As the Sales Director (Americas), you’ll:

  • Own the entire U.S. sales strategy — from prospecting to closing 6-figure deals

  • Sell into logistics solution providers, WMS vendors, 3PLs, and integrators

  • Collaborate with global Product & Technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Build and report on pipeline activity using CRM (Pipedrive)

  • Act as the U.S. commercial lead, with support from European HQ


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years in complex B2B tech sales — ideally logistics, supply chain, or automation

  • Experience selling WMS/WES solutions, SaaS, or AI-enabled tools

  • Strong hunter mentality, comfortable in greenfield/first-on-the-ground roles

  • Bonus: experience with voice tech, chatbots, or industrial AI

  • Spanish fluency or LATAM exposure is a plus
