- Administering VMware ESXi 8.0 across multiple hosts
Operating Systems & Core Services
- Building and maintaining Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, certificates)

- Supporting Linux servers including configuration, security, and patching
Backup, Recovery & Databases
- Designing and maintaining Veeam backup and recovery solutions
- Managing SQL Server backup, maintenance, and redundancy

- Maintaining system security through patching, hardening, encryption, and certificate management
- Managing email security and filtering

- Advanced networking, firewall, and virtualisation knowledge
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience
- Working knowledge of Linux server administration
- Solid understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
- Confident, structured approach to troubleshooting
Desirable
- Experience in regulated environments
- Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security)
