Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving business growth within the UK market, identifying and engaging prospective clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to lead generation, sales conversion, and client relationship management, with a strong focus on increasing market presence and revenue.

 

Sales Executive KYC/AML SaaS - Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through a combination of inbound and outbound activities.

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies across multiple channels to connect with key decision-makers.

  • Qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile and assess sales potential.

  • Engage with prospects through strategic outreach, delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations.

  • Craft compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the unique benefits of the companys solutions.

  • Oversee the sales cycle from initial engagement to successful deal closure, utilising a mix of virtual and in-person interactions.

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

  • Work closely with leadership to refine growth strategies based on market insights and client feedback.

  • Set, track, and review sales targets, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.

  • Monitor key performance metrics to optimise sales strategies and improve outcomes.

 

Sales Executive KYC/AML SaaS - Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within SaaS or FinTech.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment is beneficial.

  • While the role is remote, being based in London (or nearby) is preferred to facilitate client meetings and participation in industry events.

  • Familiarity with the UK market and regulatory landscape is advantageous.
