Partner Marketing Manager (Accountancy Channel)

Are you a relationship-driven marketer who loves building programmes, creating collateral, and working closely with partners?

Do you want to help scale a channel that already drives a huge share of company revenue?

If you enjoy structure, communication, and enabling partners to succeed—this could be your next move.

The Opportunity

We’re supporting a rapidly growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company as they expand their partner ecosystem across the UK accountancy sector.

The partner channel already contributes around 40% of total revenue and is expected to be one of the biggest engines of future growth. To support this, the business is now hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to help build, organise, and elevate the programme.

This role is ideal for someone mid-level looking to take ownership, bring structure, and work closely with leading accountancy firms in the UK market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop a growing partner programme within the accountancy channel
  • Create partner marketing collateral (brochures, pitches, guides, presentations, case studies)
  • Adapt core marketing assets into partner-friendly formats
  • Build relationships with UK Top 50 accountancy firms and understand their go-to-market plans
  • Support partners with campaigns, communications, and ongoing engagement
  • Help coordinate partner events, webinars, and co-marketing activity
  • Maintain and organise partner resources, toolkits, and enablement materials
  • Track partner activity and report on basic performance insights
  • Work closely with Partner Managers and the wider Marketing team to drive adoption

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, programme management, or B2B software marketing
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working with senior external stakeholders
  • Ability to create quality marketing collateral and manage brand consistency
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Understanding of co-marketing and partner ecosystems
  • Comfortable pulling basic insight/reporting to show partner impact
  • A proactive mindset and desire to help build a programme that will scale significantly
