The Opportunity

We’re supporting a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company that is scaling rapidly and now needs a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline, improving conversion rates, and elevating how marketing feeds a 30-strong sales organisation. It’s ideal for someone on the way up in their career: confident, capable, analytical, and ready to own the growth engine.

You’ll join a collaborative marketing function and work across paid media, content, website optimisation, reporting, and campaign execution—while contributing to a programme that directly impacts revenue.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid social, paid media, email and more

  • Own website optimisation (landing pages, CRO, content updates, testing)

  • Build and distribute conversion-focused content including gated assets, nurture sequences, webinars and guides

  • Improve the customer journey from first touch → demo booked → opportunity

  • Manage gated lead flows and automation within HubSpot

  • Run A/B tests, experiments, and funnel analysis to continuously improve performance

  • Report confidently on marketing metrics, attribution, and pipeline outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with a large sales team to align activity with playbooks, outreach and revenue targets

  • Support 3–4 key events per year and contribute to broader GTM initiatives


What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years in Growth, Demand Generation or Performance Marketing

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS (or another subscription-based tech environment)

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, web optimisation, and lead generation

  • Good understanding of sales cycles, handoff processes and SaaS funnel metrics

  • A data-driven approach with confidence reporting to senior stakeholders

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar automation/CRM platforms

  • The ability to operate tactically and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • A systematic, process-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
