Senior Events Marketing Manager

Are you a hands-on events marketer who knows how to create impact, generate pipeline, and deliver memorable experiences? This fast-growing SaaS scale-up is looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to take ownership of their entire events function — from major trade shows to intimate customer roundtables and internal company events.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to step up, shape an events strategy, and make a visible impact in a business that’s scaling rapidly in the UK and internationally.

The Role

As Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead the full events strategy: trade shows, partner events, customer councils, internal gatherings and more

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution, ensuring outstanding delivery every time

  • Work closely with content, brand, sales, and customer teams to maximise event impact

  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site delivery

  • Use tools such as HubSpot, Sequel and Asana to run workflows, reporting and follow-up

  • Track KPIs and demonstrate the influence of events on pipeline, revenue and brand

  • Manage and develop one direct report

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' B2B events experience (SaaS or tech desirable but not essential)

  • Proven track record delivering events that influence revenue and brand awareness

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Commercial mindset with experience measuring ROI and event attribution

  • Confident stakeholder manager — able to work cross-functionally at all levels

  • Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and energy to event experiences
