About Michael

With over seven years of experience in recruitment, Michael has spent the majority of his career partnering with high-growth SaaS, AI, and technology-led businesses across the UK, Europe, and international markets. As a Director at YourPrime, he leads business development across SaaS, AI, and Technology, while personally specialising in recruiting Product and Engineering talent into scaling technology organisations operating in niche and emerging markets.

Michael focuses on hiring across both Product and Engineering functions – from Product Managers, Designers, and CPOs through to Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, and CTOs. He works closely with founders and leadership teams, typically in early-stage, pre-seed to Series C businesses, to help them make strategic hires that shape product direction, strengthen technical delivery, and build long-term capability.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid (though admittedly not very good) golfer who enjoys keeping fit, but is equally happy spending time with friends and family over a few drinks at the pub.
