About Michael

Michael is a Director at YourPrime, leading end to end recruitment for Accountech, Office of the CFO, Legal, and Professional Services software vendors across the UK, Europe, and the US. He specialises in partnering with early stage and scaling software businesses, typically from Pre Seed through to Series C and beyond, helping them build high performing Product, GTM, and Delivery teams in complex, regulated, and services led environments.

His core niche sits within the software ecosystem powering modern finance, legal, and professional services organisations. This includes Accountech and finance platforms into the Office of the CFO, financial management, reporting, forecasting and controls, Professional Services Automation platforms, project and resource management tools, billing and revenue management systems, timekeeping software, and domain specific LegalTech and service delivery platforms.

Michael focuses on markets where value is realised post sale, buying cycles are consultative and risk sensitive, and commercial success depends on a deep understanding of complex workflows, financial models, and operational nuance. These are environments where Product, Pre Sales, GTM, and Delivery are tightly interconnected, and where the cost of a hiring mistake is significant. This is where he adds the most value for both clients and candidates.

He recruits across senior Product roles, including Product Managers through to Chief Product Officers, Product Operations leaders, and UX and Product Design leadership. Alongside this, he supports clients with key GTM and solutions hires across Account Executives, Sales leadership, Sales Engineers, Pre Sales and Solutions Consultants, Solutions Architects, Partnerships, and RevOps. He also works on critical post sale and delivery roles including Implementation Consultants, Customer Success leadership, and Professional Services leadership.

Michael works closely with founders, CFOs, CPOs, CROs, and executive teams, acting as a long term hiring partner rather than a transactional recruiter. His approach is focused on helping businesses make strategic hires that strengthen product execution, de risk revenue growth, and build sustainable, high performance teams.

Outside of work, Michael prioritises health and performance, enjoys playing golf on weekends, and values time spent with friends and family.
